Beckett Thermal Solutions Launches Beckett Commercial Solutions, Uniting Three High-Growth Thermal Technology Brands

New platform brings together Marsden, Anesi, and The BOLTRA™ under one dedicated business, anchored by a manufacturing and engineering hub in Piney Flats, Tennessee.

NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio — July 23, 2026 — Beckett Thermal Solutions, a fourth-generation, family-owned global pioneer of combustion technologies with operations across North America and Europe, announces the formation of Beckett Commercial Solutions (BCS), a new business built exclusively to house, resource, and scale the company’s commercial and industrial thermal technologies. BCS unites three high-growth brands under a single platform:

  • Marsden — a worldwide leader in proprietary process heating, whose Embedded Combustion™ Gas IR systems heat to 1,850°F in five seconds, serving pulp and paper, roofing, flooring, metals, glass, textiles, and paint finishing industries (acquired May 2026).
  • Anesi — ultra-high-efficiency gas absorption heat pumps, acquired from Stone Mountain Technologies, Inc., that cut fuel consumption up to 50% on existing gas service and operate to –40°F without backup or hybrid solutions (acquired June 2026).
  • The BOLTRA — the next-generation commercial burner and combustion platform for HVAC rooftops, boilers, pools, cooking appliances, paint booths, and coffee roasteries, currently produced in Manchester and Nottingham, UK with customization and inventory at all locations.

The new entity is anchored by a marketing, manufacturing and engineering hub in Piney Flats, Tennessee, where the three brands will be supported, commercialized, and managed for global expansion. BCS represents Beckett’s most deliberate step yet into the industrial market, complementing Beckett Thermal Solutions’ residential and light commercial portfolio served from Cleveland (OH), Modena (Italy), and East Midlands (UK). Integration will be careful and phased, with all customer relationships and existing commitments continuing uninterrupted.

“I am excited to bring Beckett engineering capabilities — and our commitment — to customers already using or interested in these technologies,” said Morrison Carter, CEO, Beckett Thermal Solutions.

“Beckett Commercial Solutions is the natural next chapter in Beckett’s story, and it gives our customers the combined strength of the Marsden, Anesi, and The BOLTRA brands in a single, dedicated platform — deeper engineering, broader capabilities, and a clear path for continued expansion,” said Christina Carter, President, Beckett Commercial Solutions.

“Each of these brands brings proprietary technology that competitors haven’t been able to match. Bringing them together gives us the engineering depth, manufacturing scale, and global reach to grow each brand faster than any of them could grow alone,” said Mike Garrabrant, General Manager & Chief Technology Officer, Beckett Commercial Solutions.
