NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio — June 5, 2026 — Beckett Thermal Solutions, a global pioneer of combustion technologies with operations across North America and Europe, today announced the formation of Beckett Commercial Solutions (BCS), a new business built to scale its commercial and industrial thermal technologies. As its first step, BCS acquired Marsden, Inc., a Pennsauken, NJ–based manufacturer of industrial infrared (IR) process heating systems. BCS will serve as Marsden’s dedicated home, supported by a manufacturing and engineering hub in Piney Flats, Tennessee.
BCS represents Beckett’s most deliberate step into the industrial market, complementing the residential and light commercial portfolio it serves from Cleveland (OH), Modena (Italy), and the UK. Marsden brings proprietary process heating technology—its Embedded Combustion™ Gas IR systems heat to 1,850°F in five seconds serving customers in the pulp and paper, roofing, flooring, metals, glass, textiles, and paint finishing industries.
