NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio — Beckett Thermal Solutions is pleased to announce Eric Dimalanta as the new Lean Transformation Manager for North America.
In this role, Eric will lead the development and deployment of the BTS Lean Management System across North America. He will work directly with plant and functional leaders to build problem-solving capability and lead high-value improvement initiatives, while establishing daily management practices designed to produce sustainable gains in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, working capital, capacity, and customer value.
Eric brings over 30 years of operational excellence experience to Beckett Thermal Solutions, having previously led major lean transformation efforts at Emerson Professional Tools Co. and developed the lean system at Vitamix Corporation. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron.
In his new position, Eric will collaborate closely with Beckett Thermal Solutions’ plant, functional, and leadership teams to embed lean principles into daily operations, strengthen organizational capability, and support long-term sustainable growth.
