Beckett Thermal Solutions S.r.l. announces the acquisition of O.M.A.S. S.r.l., a long-established Modena-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of sheet metal stamping dies.
Founded in 1967 in the heart of Italy’s Motor Valley, OMAS has developed nearly sixty years of expertise in progressive, transfer, secondary-operation and deep-drawing dies. The company manages each project from the initial analysis of customer requirements through die manufacturing, tryout and sampling. This extensive experience remains firmly rooted within OMAS, now supported by an even stronger foundation. OMAS will continue to operate as a standalone company, retaining its name, headquarters, workforce and long-standing customer relationships.
