NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio — Beckett Thermal Solutions is pleased to announce the promotion of Joel Mohar to Vice President, Product Engineering.
In this role, Joel will continue to lead the Product Engineering & Development team while taking on expanded strategic leadership responsibilities as an officer of the company. He will focus on fostering cross-pollination of skills, operational practices, and corporate culture across the family of companies as new opportunities emerge.
Joel joined the Beckett family of companies as an engineering co-op in 1988. Over a career spanning more than three decades with the organization, he has held leadership roles in operations, engineering, and general management. His key accomplishments include building and opening RW Beckett’s factory in Beijing and leading the Commercial Systems Division through significant growth in the Heat Modules product line. He holds a long-standing track record of technical and operational leadership within the thermal solutions industry. “Joel has spent more than three decades solving hard problems and helping the people around him succeed,” said the Beckett Leadership Team.
As an officer of the company, Joel takes on a broader responsibility for Beckett’s future that extends beyond his functional title, reflecting a commitment to leadership and collaboration he has maintained for many years.
